Abstract: Transitioning quantum computing from boutique laboratory setups into enterprise data centers requires mature reliability engineering. This paper details automated daily calibration routines, cryocooler continuous monitoring, and pulse-level crosstalk cancellation networks.
Manual parameter tuning across 100+ qubits requires hours of physicist intervention. We model calibration dependencies as a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) executing automated Rabi oscillations, Ramsey fringes, and randomized benchmarking sequences in parallel, completing full QPU recalibration in under 4 minutes.
Capacitive and inductive coupling between adjacent coplanar drive lines causes parasitic qubit rotations during two-qubit CZ gates. By pre-characterizing the cross-admittance matrix, the reliability framework dynamically computes and injects inverted cancellation waveforms into neighboring drive channels, suppressing residual phase errors by 22 dB.
Tracking two years of continuous uptime across four commercial cryo-chambers demonstrates an average MTBF of 1,840 hours between necessary cryogen top-offs or cold-head servicing, proving that modern closed-cycle dilution systems meet enterprise Tier-3 data center uptime requirements.
